boards: shields: Add EVAL-ADXL367-ARDZ shield 



Add a new shield definition for the Analog Devices EVAL-ADXL367-ARDZ
accelerometer shield. This shield provides support for an ADI ADXL367
accelerometer over an Arduino SPI connector.
