Samples: Bluetooth: Unicast Audio Client support no sink/source ASE

Allow the Unicast Audio Client sample to work if there are no
sink or no source ASEs on the remove device (e.g. if the remote
device only has sink ASEs).

If the remote have neither, it will abort.
