odroid_go: Enable CONFIG_ESP32_USE_UNSUPPORTED_REVISION 



odroid_go is using ESP32 chip revision (1) that is unsupported,
so we need to enable 'CONFIG_ESP32_USE_UNSUPPORTED_REVISION'
