board: arm64: mimx8mp/n/m: fix memory address bits length 



Removed duplicated configuration items for CONFIG_ARM64_VA_BITS and
CONFIG_ARM64_PA_BITS, and modify them to be 36bit as SoC supports up
to 34-bit address.
