scripts: tests: Blackbox test expansion - outfile

Adds tests related to the changing of the output files:
* -c, --clobber-output
* -n, --no-clean
* -M, --runtime-artifact-cleanup
*     --short-build-path
*     --prep-artifacts-for-testing
