intel: adsp: cavs: fix NO_OPTIMIZATION boot failure

Fixes boot failure on CAVS platforms with
CONFIG_NO_OPTIMIZATIONS=y by moving z_soc_mp_asm_entry
into .text linker section to ensure it is copied to
SRAM.
