dts: arm: nxp: Add dtsi for LPC55S36 



The default RAM configuration for LPC55S36:
- sramx 0x4000000  16K
- sram0 0x20000000 16K
- sram1 0x20004000 16K
- sram2 0x20008000 32K
- sram3 0x20010000 32K
- sram4 0x20018000 16K
