drivers/ethernet/eth_mcux: Fix extra PHY debug Kconfig name. 



Source had CONFIG_ETH_MCUX_PHY_DETAILED_DEBUG, while Kconfig had
CONFIG_ETH_MCUX_PHY_EXTRA_DEBUG. Use the shorter name consistently.
