kernel: Use SYS_DLIST_FOR_EACH_CONTAINER whenever possible

SYS_DLIST_FOR_EACH_CONTAINER is preferable over using
SYS_DLIST_FOR_EACH_NODE as that avoid casting directly which assumes the
node field is always at the beginning.
