soc/mediatek/adsp: Set CONFIG_DCACHE_LINE_SIZE correctly

These devices have non-standard cache lines (128 bytes), and were
inheriting an incorrect setting for this kconfig.

Also clean up some related feature kconfigs which were being ignored
and not set =y.
