doc: twister: syntax highlight + formatting cleanups

- Added language info to code-blocks when relevant (ex. for yaml
  snippets)
- Formatted grammar for expression language as antlr and added
  syntax highlighting
- Fixed various formatting issues with lists, definition lists...
