samples: wpanusb: Add atsamr21_xpro board support 



Define CONFIG_NET_CONFIG_IEEE802154_DEV_NAME value necessary to enable
atsamr21_xpro board on wpanusb sample.

The documentation was updated referencing the atsamr21_xpro board.
