drivers: wifi: simplelink: fixes to support CONFIG_NET_NATIVE=n



Remove unnecessary calls to net_if_ipv4_addr_add() and
net_if_ipv4_set_gw(), to prevent link errors when CONFIG_NET_NATIVE
is set to n.
