drivers: rtc: stm32: Replaces Enter init mode function with LL function 



Use LL_RTC_EnterInitMode and LL_RTC_DisableInitMode instead
of rtc_stm32_enter_initialization_mode and
rtc_stm32_leave_initialization_mode.
