x86: fix stack overflow in double fault handler

At very low optimization levels, the call to
K_THREAD_STACK_BUFFER doesn't get inlined, overflowing the
tiny stack.

Replace with _ARCH_THREAD_STACK_BUFFER() which on x86 is
just a macro.
