drivers: auxdisplay: Port Jinghua Display JHD1313 driver

Ports the Jinghua Display JHD1313 LCD (with RGB backlight) driver
to use the new auxdisplay driver interface. This driver is used on
the seeed grove LCD RGB display, and replaces it.
