drivers: can: mcp2515: do not force CONFIG_CAN_AUTO_BUS_OFF_RECOVERY=y 



Do not force CONFIG_CAN_AUTO_BUS_OFF_RECOVERY=y. Instead fix the return
type of the mcp2515_recover() function and return -ENOTSUP.
