boards: beagle: pocketbeagle_2: mspm0l1105: Add debug

- Use GPIO bitbang using sysfsgpio openocd driver.
- Not using libgpiod driver since it does not support libgpiod v2 and
  above, which is what all the debian 13 images ship with.
