Bluetooth: Audio: Change context type for BAP shell

The shell module will now use BT_AUDIO_CONTEXT_TYPE_ANY
instead of BT_AUDIO_CONTEXT_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED as that provides
a more flexible solution.
