test: drivers: spi: spi_loopback: fix adafruit_itsybitsy_m4_express 



tests/drivers/spi/spi_loopback/drivers.spi.loopback on
adafruit_itsybitsy_m4_express fails to build. Fix it by adding
CONFIG_SPI_ASYNC=n.
