Bluetooth: Controller: Fix free rx buffer MFIFO enqueue 



Replace the post decrement in loop's conditional into
explicit decrement inside the loop so as to avoid
decrementing the maximum count without enqueueing free rx
buffers into the free rx buffer MFIFO.
