Instantiate the nxp,rtxxx-dsp-ctl
driver (nxp,rt700-dsp-ctrl-hifi4 variant) in the mimxrt798s/cm33_cpu0's
DT. Enable it in mimxrt700_evk/mimxrt798s/cm33_cpu0.
