tests/kernel/timer/timer_behavior: Add support for Saleae Logic 2

This patch shows an example of how to use the timer behavior external
tool testing, using the Saleae Logic 2 application.

Also, some board overlays were added as examples.

Finally, testcase.yaml updated with parameters for the Saleae sample.
