boards: arm: atsamd21_xpro: Add I2C device



This commit configures the SERCOM2 peripheral to I2C mode for the Atmel
SAM D21 Xplained Pro board.

Note that the SERCOM2 on PA08/PA09 is the I2C peripheral/pin designated
by the board user guide.
