boards: nrf: Enable ADC nodes in DTS for nRF boards 



ADC nodes are enabled in DTS for the following nRF development kits:
- nrf51_pca10028
- nrf52_pca10040
- nrf52_pca20020
- nrf52810_pca10040
- nrf52840_pca10056
