posix: deprecate PTHREAD_SPINLOCK for POSIX_SPIN_LOCKS 



This change deprecates CONFIG_PTHREAD_SPINLOCK in favour of
CONFIG_POSIX_SPIN_LOCKS, which maps directly to the name of the
standard POSIX Option Group.
