drivers: spi: spi_ll_stm32: not all stm32l1 MCU have SPI_CR2_FRF 



After update of stm32 cube l1 V1.10.3,
SPI_CR2_FRF doesn't exist for all stm32L1 MCU,
thus LL_SPI_SetStandard() is also not defined for all stm32l1 MCU.
