Revert "modules: zcbor: kconfig: Disallow ZCBOR_VERBOSE with MINIMAL_LIBC" 



This reverts commit 619fce9e now that
the missing PRIuFAST32 and PRIxFAST32 macros are defined by the minimal
libc.
