Bluetooth: Audio: Add missing audio metadata 



Adds the BT_AUDIO_METADATA_TYPE_AUDIO_STATE and
BT_AUDIO_METADATA_TYPE_BROADCAST_IMMEDIATE metadata types from
the LE Audio assigned numbers document.
