boards: nxp: frdm_mcxa153: Support ctimer for NXP frdm_mcxa153 board 



Support ctimer for NXP frdm_mcxa153 board, correct Core clock
frequency to 96MHz.
Test using tests/drivers/counter/counter_basic_api.
