Bluetooth: Use ATT FIRST/LAST attribute handle defines where applicable

Change to use the BT_ATT_FIRST_ATTTRIBUTE_HANDLE and
BT_ATT_LAST_ATTTRIBUTE_HANDLE instead of the literal values where
applicable.
