samples: shell: shell_module: Add section subcommands 



Extend sample to show how to use alternative approach of adding
subcommands using new APIs: SHELL_SUBCMD_SET_CREATE, SHELL_SUBCMD_ADD
and SHELL_SUBCMD_COND_ADD.
