boards: mtpm: make DAI_SSP_HAS_POWER_CONTROL optional 



Makes DAI_SSP_HAS_POWER_CONTROL depend on DAI_INTEL_SSP
in intel_adsp_ace15_mtpm Kconfig.defconfig.
