soc: nordic: Add support for nRF52833

This commit adds basic support for nRF52833 SoC.
Changes affect introducing:
 - architecuture files (dtsi)
 - configuration of nrfx drivers
 - adaptation of inclusions based on chosen SoC
 - configuration of NFCT_PINS_AS_GPIOS depends on HAS_HW_NRF_NFCT.
