global: Correct extern K_KERNEL_STACK_ARRAY_DEFINE usage 



This commit corrects all `extern K_KERNEL_STACK_ARRAY_DEFINE` macro
usages to use the `K_KERNEL_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE` macro instead.
