drivers: eth: mcux: use CONFIG_SYS_LOG_ETHERNET_LEVEL for syslog level 



Don't hard code the syslog level to DEBUG, instead use the
CONFIG_SYS_LOG_ETHERNET_LEVEL setting like other ethernet drivers.
