tests: kernel: schedule_api: Migrate to K_THREAD_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE 



This commit updates all deprecated `K_THREAD_STACK_ARRAY_EXTERN` macro
usages to use the `K_THREAD_STACK_ARRAY_DECLARE` macro instead.
