Bluetooth: Implemented new DIS characteristics 



Implemented new DIS characteristics:
    - UDI for medical devices
    - IEEE 11073-20601 Regulatory Certification Data List
    - System ID

Also fixed buffer overflow bug when assigning too long DIS string literals
