samples: bluetooth: Add Silabs boards to "no blobs" test cases

Add Silabs boards to the newly added test cases which exercise the
CONFIG_BUILD_ONLY_NO_BLOBS configuration option. Also fix the namespace to
be "peripheral" for the peripheral sample app.
