tests: misc: iterable_sections: add named alternate tests

Add tests for the newly added
STRUCT_SECTION_ITERABLE_NAMED_ALTERNATE(). This type of
section should be iterated with
STRUCT_SECTION_FOREACH_ALTERNATE().
