tests: drivers: spi loopback on the stm32h573i_dk (interrupt) 



Add the configuration for running the spi_loopback (interrupt mode)
on the stm32h573i_dk disco kit.
The SPI2 is enabled by the board DTS
Connect pin D11 and D12 on the Arduino connector (CN13)
