ci: bluetooth-tests: Use zephyr-runner-linux-x64-4xlarge 



This commit updates the bluetooth-tests workflow to use the
zephyr-runner-linux-x64-4xlarge runner, which has 16 vCPU and 32 GiB
RAM, and the embedded repository cache.
