samples: zperf: enable hardware acceleration for RT1050/RT1060 



enable hardware acceleration of ethernet checksum calculation for
RT1050 and RT1060

Performance change (as tested with iperf on RT1050)
TCP RX: 50.6Mbps->52.4Mbps
TCP TX: 49.5Mbps->50.2Mbps
