Bluetooth: Fix left-over usage of TICKS_NONE and TICKS_UNLIMITED 



Switch left-over usage of TICKS_NONE and TICKS_UNLIMITED to the new
unified kernel counterparts K_NO_WAIT and K_FOREVER.
