drivers: gpio: nct38xx: use DT_INST_FOREACH_CHILD_STATUS_OKAY_SEP 



Simplify driver by using DT_INST_FOREACH_CHILD_STATUS_OKAY_SEP (avoids
both DT_DRV_INST and auxiliary macro).
