kernel: Deprecate k_call_stacks_analyze() API

Deprecated k_call_stacks_analyze() API as it is only
dumping (printing) the statically defined main, idle,
work and ISR stacks.

Use k_thread_foreach() API which is a generic API
to iterate over threads.
