boards/arm: 96b_argonkey: add supported sensors to yaml file 



Add supported sensor to yaml file.
The ArgonKey board supports following sensors:
	- HTS221 (humidity)
	- LPS22HB (pressure)
	- LSM6DSL (imu)
	- VL53L0X (proximity)
