samples: drivers: i2s: Support mimxrt1170_evkb platform in i2s output 



- mimxrt1170_evkb needs CONFIG_DMA_TCD_QUEUE_SIZE=4 which is required
  by the I2S SAI driver
- add test harness for i2s_output
