tests: libcxx: Update missing CONFIG_COMMON_LIBC_MALLOC 



The prj.conf was missing CONFIG_COMMON_LIBC_MALLOC causing
warning of the depended config CONFIG_COMMON_LIBC_MALLOC_ARENA_SIZE
