drivers: espi: npcx: update the parsing function for espi taf 



This commit updates the FLASHRXBUF parsing functionality of eSPI TAF.
It ensures that data can be read correctly from FLASHRXBUF[0].
And, the eSPI TAF request can be parsed correctly.
